We now have cottages open year round,
complete with gas log fireplaces!

The Penthouse / Master Suite and Studio can be rented separately or combined
as one unit. You can rent them year round including off-season weekends and
mid-week stays (min. 3 nights).
Cleaning/Phone/Security Deposit (separate check): Cottage or Studio
$100.00 / Master Suite $300.00 each, per family and/or last name.
Cleaning! We try very hard to keep our property in tiptop condition.
We ask that our customers leave the cottage, and the equipment in it, in the
same condition that it was found. *(Cleaning charge is $25 per hour, per
person. No fee will be charged if left clean and neat.)
Pets: No pets allowed in Master Suite or Studio. Pets are welcome in
some cottages from early September to mid June
Penthouse / Master Suite and Studio are completely Non-Smoking

Directions
- From Route 6
(main highway on the Cape), Take Exit 9 A to Route 134 South.
- Turn Right onto
134. Follow 134 to the 4th traffic light, the intersection of Route
28.
- Continue
straight, crossing over Route 28, you are now on Swan River Road.
- Continue until
you get to the end of Swan River Road.
- Take a left at
the stop sign onto Lower County Road.
- Continue on Lower
County Road for 9/10 of a mile and take a Right onto Glendon Road
(The Dog House hot dog
stand is on the corner of Glendon and Lower County Road).
- The cottages #91,
93, 95, 97, 99 & two story home #101 are located on the right side
of Glendon Road, about 100 to 200 yards from the beach.
