Honeymoon/Master Suite:(sleeps up to 4)
A one bedroom palace featuring nine foot ceilings and a soaring sixteen foot cathedral living room. Most windows and doors offer endless ocean views and six skylights (many motorized), allow for romantic nights to gaze at the moon and stars.

The large gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator (automatic icemaker), dishwasher, five burner gas cooktop stove, electric wall oven and convection microwave. A ten foot island with wetbar and six stools separates the kitchen from the living room.

The living room, with a queen-size pullout couch has a matching loveseat, a gas log fireplace, a 27" Sony color TV with expanded cable and remote plus a VCR, and a CD stereo with AM/FM digital tuner, telephone. A sliding glass door leads to a private deck over looking miles of ocean views to the South along with another deck facing East to Monomoy Island. There is a half bath off the living room.

The master bedroom suite has double french doors leading in from the living room. A ceiling fan hangs above the queen size sleigh bed, which has the best mattress and box spring money can buy, & great ocean views.

The shower has two seats with two adjustable shower heads (1 massage), offering steam or conventional shower. Separately, a two person whirlpool tub, with a pocket door wall allows for privacy or magnificent views of the fireplace and ocean.

Studio Suite:
The kitchenette is equipped with a convection microwave oven, full size refrigerator, and a sink with upper and lower cabinets. A combination living room and bedroom, with a queen size bed and a full size pull out couch sleeps as many as four. There is a coffee/dining table, a 27" Sony color TV with cable and remote plus a VCR. A slider leads to a private deck from the living room. A full bath, and a room with a two person whirlpool tub offers ocean views from all angles.

Studio Suite

Both Units have an outdoor grille and picnic table
plus all the equipment similar to the cottages.
